Assembly Required: It includes the necessary instructions and tools. It's easier and quicker with two people. Definitely assemble the back piece to the sides first instead of the seat first. Do not over tighten your screws when assembling, give plenty of slack. It helps for the holes that are a tighter fit and have the flat end instead of the screws that have a spiked end. 
Acacia Wood: Acacia wood is ideal for a solid, heavy frame that resists wear and tear.
Cushions: The cushions are covered with a non-porous material, they are sturdy and comfortable at the same time. Please note that these cushions are water-resistant, not waterproof. They should be covered when not in use and should not be submerged in water. We highly recommend Scotch Guarding the cushions. It will save you later on with dirt, spills, and nature. 
Pretty Color: The light wood's color is elegant and refreshing, complementing the outdoor environment perfectly.
